mobileproxies.org ("we", "our", or "us") provides a service that connects vendors (proxy farmers who operate 4G mobile devices) with customers who need to change their IP address for various purposes. Our platform facilitates this connection while maintaining high standards of privacy, security, and ethical use.

Throughout these Terms, we use certain defined terms:

• "User", "You", or "Your" refers to individuals or entities accessing or using our Services.
• "Service" or "Services" refers to the proxy connection services provided by mobileproxies.org.
• "System" refers to our platform, including our website, applications, and infrastructure that facilitate the Services.
• "Account" refers to a registered user profile on our platform.
• "Vendor" refers to proxy farmers who provide mobile devices for IP routing.
• "Customer" refers to users who utilize the proxy services for their needs.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To access our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

To use our Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your Account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall mobileproxies.org, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

11. Disclaimer

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

mobileproxies.org, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, and shall be conducted in the English language.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless mobileproxies.org and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Services, by you or any person using your Account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the Services.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

17. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and mobileproxies.org concerning the Services. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
