Refunds are only applicable if the proxy is not functioning and we are unable to provide a replacement. All working proxies are non-refundable.
Once your account balance is topped up, the funds are non-refundable and non-transferable. These funds are considered utilized for the purchase of our services.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided for inability to access prohibited websites, such as financial institutions or government sites. It's your responsibility to understand and comply with our acceptable use policy.

If your account is suspended due to violation of our terms or engagement in illegal activities, any remaining balance or unused service time will be forfeited without refund.
